Effective Quality Management System (EQMS) is a comprehensive set of processes and procedures that ensure that we appropriately manage and control all activities associated with software product and process quality.

The EQMS is structured in two parts:

• Part 1 is documented in the form of Quality Manual and contains the organization structure, methodologies and responsibilities.
• Part 2 is documented in the form of Standard Operating Processes (SOP) Manual and contains details of various processes that are part of the EQMS. It also specifies the forms/templates and guidelines/checklists to be used.
